Negombo 4by4s are planning to hold the first 4X4 event of the year on the 2 nd of March. The competition will be held at Sri Lanka’s one and only 4X4 track, the River’s Edge, in Negombo. The preliminary rounds of the competition will be held on the Ettukala beach on the 24 th of February and will comprise of the first rounds of the competition as well as the ladies rounds.

This year’s competition will comprise of different obstacles as well as a different overall track layout compared to other events held prior to this at the River’s Edge and as a result, the organizers are expecting over 40 competitors that includes ladies and novices.
